For your delectation and delight, here's a few photos of yours truly (and a few work colleagues) enjoying a day out on the beers and on the train, travelling from Warrington to Dewsbury and back, with stops at Stalybridge, Huddersfield and Marsden for the partaking of ale. A good time was had by all, I seem to remember, but I could be wrong because I'm afraid I was very, very, drunk.

![]() The pipe makes it's first appearance of the day. In Huddersfield, I think. |
![]() Pipe smoked, now time to finish off that beer. Note special limp-wristed drinking action. |
![]() Caught off-guard by roving camera, John, Dave and I stop talking about work. |
![]() Carolyn, responsible for all the other pictures, gets caught in the vice-like grip of a drunken Jim. |
![]() The pipe comes out again as a bunch of software geeks demonstrate surprising ability to handle ale. Left to right - John, Steve, Dave and Me. |
![]() Only two more stations to go. Thank god. |
